Vi starter altid med spørgsmålet: "Hvor står du?" Vi glemmer ofte eller tænker slet ikke over det. Essensen af BUTOH er at møde den uafdækkede verden ved at afdække sig selv. Kun når du forsøger at give alt, har dansen en chance for at blive renset, og transformation kan opstå. Det handler om at finde sig selv i forbindelsen med denne levende verden, som vi alle er en del af. Der er ingen forskel på at være præcis i at give alt, hvad du har, uanset om det er koreografi eller improvisation.
I denne workshop fokuserer vi på hvert "øjeblik" som en "once in a lifetime-oplevelse" – hvor det at blive forbløffet og at skælve vil vise sig at være en stor følelse – der, hvor dansen vil opstå. Dans er som at svømme – du vil aldrig kunne svømme, medmindre du hopper i vandet.

We will always start with a question, “Where are you standing?” We often forget or don’t even think about it. The real deal of BUTOH is to meet the unrevealed world by revealing oneself. Only when you are trying to give everything, dance has a chance to be purified, and transformation can appear. To find oneself in the connection with this vivid world we are all in together. There is no difference to be precise about giving everything you have, no matter if it is choreography or improvisation.
In this workshop, we focus on each “time” as a " once in a lifetime experience" - being awed, shivering will turn out to be a great feeling - where dance will happen. Dance is something like swimming - you will never be able to swim as long as you don’t jump into the water.

About Mutsumineiro / Om Mutsumineiro
Japanese Butoh dance theater duet, Neiro and Mutsumi first meet at Kazuo Ohno dance studio in 2012,and since then, they dance duets longing for an idiotic blessing moment. Their representative work, "Tonight or Never" was made with a wish to dance an eternal marriage in which Marc Chagall's flowers bloom, and they have toured it in Japan, Poland, Israel, and Germany. In 2016, they opened the gallery ame in Tokyo East downtown area, running the space for workshops, performances and residencies.
They are based now in Norway, in the countryside near Oslo. www.mutsumineiro.com
Den japanske Butoh-danseteaterduo, Neiro og Mutsumi, mødtes første gang i Kazuo Ohno dansestudie i 2012, og siden da har de danset duetter med længsel efter et idiotisk velsignelsesøjeblik. Deres repræsentative værk, "Tonight or Never", blev skabt med et ønske om at danse et evigt ægteskab, hvor Marc Chagalls blomster blomstrer, og de har turneret med det i Japan, Polen, Israel og Tyskland. I 2016 åbnede de galleriet ame i Tokyo Easts bydel, hvor de driver stedet for workshops, forestillinger og residencies.
