For 2. år i træk tyvstarter Sydhavn Teater i samarbejde med Copenhagen Light Festival og Fællesskabet Bavnehøj lysfestivalen med hele tre lyskunstværker og et stemningsfyldt åbningsarrangement på Vestre Kirkegård.
Alle er velkomne til åbningen, og det er gratis at deltage.
Nordre Kapel danner rammen om åbningsarrangementet, hvor de tre værker bliver introduceret, der er live-musik ved den dansk-palæstinensiske jazzmusiker Dana Alshihaby samt en danseperformance af den ukrainske danser Anastasia Krasnoshchoka.
Efter arrangementet kan man som de første opleve de tre lysværker, der herefter kan ses på kirkegården resten af festivalen (indtil den 22. februar).
For the second year in a row, Sydhavn Teater, in collaboration with Copenhagen Light Festival and Fællesskabet Bavnehøj, kicks off the light festival early with no three light installations and an atmospheric opening event at Vestre Kirkegård.
Everyone is welcome to attend the opening, and participation is free of charge.
Nordre Kapel provides the setting for the opening event, where the three installations will be introduced, accompanied by live music from Danish-Palestinian jazz musician Dana Alshihaby and a dance performance by Ukrainian dancer Anastasia Krasnoshchoka.
After the event, visitors will be among the first to experience the three installations, which can then be seen at the cemetery for the remainder of the festival (until February 22).
